This sophisticated example of Asian themes created with a distinctly British sensibility is based on a 15th century Chinese ceramic design, discovered by Colonel Alfred Copeland. The amateur archeologist unearthed a fragment of the stunning pattern along the Silk Road in Persia in the 1870s. The formal blue and white pieces feature gold detailing that will shine on your dining room table!
